How do I know you received my order?
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
From the time of purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. For any reason. Contact us
with your order details. Please note that an order is not canceled unless you receive confirmation from Applause! Toy Store. After 24 hours from the time of order, you will be issued a Applause! Toy Store credit, to be used within 6 months.
What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally an item may be back-ordered from the manufacturer. Please contact us
if your would like more information on an item's availability.
Can I place a special order?
If there is a product you would like from one of the suppliers or manufacturers we represent, please email us
and we would be happy to look into the availability of the item for you.
Can I recommend a product?
Have you heard about a great toy or game that you think we should carry? Your suggestions are always welcome! Please contact us
with any recommendations.
Do you price match?
We hope that you will find our prices very reasonable. We will match prices within reason. Should you find the same item on another Canadian retailer's website (auction sites not included), please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
