Can I return a purchase?

At Applause!, we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and stand behind all of the products we sell. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

If you have purchased an item from us and it does not live up to your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping), provided it meets the return criteria.

What is your return policy?

  • Product must be in original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are not in their original, unopened packing, and are not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
  • Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip (online only). There will be no refunds on any product without a valid receipt.
  • Special order items are returnable for store-credit only.
  • Refunds will be credited back in the same method of payment as the initial purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased on sale. Personalized items, and Personal Care items (such as baby cream) are also non-returnable.
For online purchases:
  • Product must be returned with the return shipping prepaid & insured. Shipping charges, customs fees or duties are non-refundable.
  • Returns from online orders may be made at the store level subject to the above criteria.
For in-store purchases:
  • Gift Returns without a receipt are subject to exchange or store credit only.
  • Customer information and personal ID may be required.

What is your return procedure?

  1. Please email us for a Return Authorization # (RA #)

  2. A Return Form will be emailed to you. Please fill out the entire return form and include it in the shipment.

  3. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.

  4. Properly package the product in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.

  5. Return product with shipping prepaid to:

Please Note:
To ensure we receive your return, it's always best to use a shipping company that includes insurance and provides a tracking number for the package. (ie. Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS, USPS insured, etc)

Once your return is received and processed by Applause! Toys, you will be refunded via the original method of payment for the full purchase price of your merchandise, less the shipping costs.
